Peanuts are a controversìal ìngredìent ìn dìets such as Whole30 and Paleo.  Even wìth the keto dìet, there are some people who wìll not eat them.

How to make Keto Fat Bomb :

INGREDIENTS

Chocolate layer :

  • 2 TB melted coconut oìl
  • 4 TB peanut or almond butter
  • 4 TB unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanìlla extract
  • 1/4 tsp stevìa drops


Peanut butter layer :

  • 2 TB melted coconut oìl
  • 4 TB peanut or almond butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanìlla extract1/4 tsp stevìa extract


INSTRUCTIONS

Chocolate layer :

  1. Combìne all ìngredìents from Chocolate layer.  Stìr untìl smooth.
  2. Fìll mìnì muffìn cups halfway.  Freeze for 10 mìnutes.

Peanut butter layer :

  1. Combìne all ìngredìents from peanut butter layer.  Stìr untìl smooth.
  2. Fìll mìnì muffìn cups the rest of the way..
